The hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the rooftop pool and sun loungers provided the perfect relaxation spot with stunning city views. Our full body massage at the spa centre was heavenly and the in-room breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. the location was ideal, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping areas.
the staff promptly addressed the situation and apologized for the inconvenience.

We were also grateful for the room upgrade and enjoyed the decent ala carte buffet breakfast, despite the limp waffles. The hotel's rich history and impeccable rooms added to our overall experience.

The spacious rooms with high ceilings at Kempinski were a good surprise. The indoor balcony and comfortable bed were a luxurious touch. The location is great with easy access to the MRT. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious stay.

During our romantic escape, we thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the really good breakfast. The bed provided a cozy sanctuary for us to relax and unwind after exploring the nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was of high quality and offered a variety of delicious options to kickstart our day. the hotel's key location allowed us to easily access major attractions, making our sightseeing adventures hassle-free. These factors, combined with the friendly and helpful staff, contributed to a nice stay.
There were a few aspects that didn't meet our expectations. the lack of a window in our room was a drawback, as we missed having a view of the surroundings.

Great location near Fort Canning and City Hall MRT, only a 5-minute walk to the station. The doorman and receptionist provided professional and friendly service. The suite room was luxurious with a large bathtub. Impressive breakfast buffet with a good selection of food. The restaurant staff went above and beyond to accommodate food allergies.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is perfect for those who want easy access to Singapore's main attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Getting around is easy as the MRT station is just a stone's throw away. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, with comfortable beds and luxurious breakfasts, and the service is impeccable.
The lighting in some of the bathrooms could use improvement, making it difficult to see adequately.
